In 2021 I was tasked with rebranding Redland Bay Shopping Village, which at the time was only a very small outdoor shopping centre, which had been open for over 20 years.
With a multi-million dollar redevelopment in the works, which entailed adding on a completely new building to house a new full-line Woolworths, the old logo, website and overall brand identity needed a complete refresh.
The client’s goal was to modernise the centre’s brand look, without losing connection to their roots as a village-like community precinct.
The client owns other retail properties, and wished to use the same colours of that centre's logo for consistency across their portfolio. Everything else was fair game.
